​​​Synopsis

Lizzy struggles. She struggles hard. From being left at the altar at the courthouse by her love, to failing so hard in her dream career. When Elizabeth arrives in her life, she is confronted by a former sense of self. Through observation of Elizabeth’s seemingly perfect life, a psychotic break into oblivion causes the destruction and downfall of the pair.

 

Part I: Lamentation

An echo of a world. Lizzy comes to terms with impending doom of scrolling jobless, in her mother's basement. The whispers of COVID-19 cling to the walls. She spirals into a deeper depression of being alone. When all of the sudden, there is a knock….in the bathroom mirror?

 

Part II: Observation

Lizzy observes this new entity through her bathroom mirror, whom she quickly learns is named Elizabeth. A woman who appears to have everything she does not; a new and treasured love, a beautiful place to live in the city of her dreams and the biggest life opportunity that she has been working so tirelessly to grasp.

 

Part III: What’s Yours is Mine

In a spiraled attempt to grasp hold to any bit of life similar to Elizabeth, Lizzy final fit of jealousy leads her to tear down the veil between worlds.

Part IV: Armageddon

Lizzy attempts to fit herself into the life of Elizabeth. Only, the attempt is fitting a triangular block into a circular hole.
